Capt. Jim Rickman has taken over the helm of the "OUTER LIMITS". Capt. JIM has over 30 years experience fishing the waters from the East Coast of the US, to the Bahamas, Mexico,and Hawaii. He has been fishing the waters of the OUTER BANKS since he was a young man. In the last five years alone, he has been involved in over THREE THOUSAND BILLFISH RELEASES.
