The Outer Limits home port is Manteo, NC. She operates out of the world class marina and yacht club at Pirate's Cove.

The Outer Limits was constructed at Mann Custom boats.  She is a 56 foot vessel.  Her plank on frame construction and use of plywood with a fiberglass finish makes the Outer Limits a very strong smooth riding vessel.  Inside this 56 foot sportfisher you will find amplesitting room with comfortable forward bunks.

New in 2006:

During the winter of 2006, the Outer Limits underwent a four month make over.  To better serve our clients and with a mind on safety, the following items are just a few that were performed:

• Re-power of vessel with two new 700 HP Caterpillar diesel engines
• New 8kw Northern Lights generator
• New running gear (propellers, shafts, stuffing boxes)
• Complete engine room refit including electrical systems, wiring, fiberglass, fire extinguishing system, and lighting.
• Saloon improvements including new counter surfaces, refrigerator, freshwater sink, and storage
• New fighting chairs in our cockpit
• New spotlight and nav lights
• New 6 kw Furuno Radar
• New trolling values
